Policy Terms & Conditions
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
- Rescheduling or cancelling your photoshoot session is free of charge, provided that reschedule or cancellation request is communicated to our office by 11:59 pm the day before the scheduled photoshoot.
- A $49.00 Same-day Cancellation fee will be assessed for reschedule/cancelation requests received on the day of the scheduled photoshoot session, given that no prior notice was provided.
- Vip-Pix.com shoots rain or shine. We will not cancel your appointment unless extreme weather raises safety concerns. If you choose to have your photo shoot completed and want exteriors on a different day, an additional fee may be incurred.
Invoice & Material Release Policy
- Our policy is to Invoice at the time the photoshoot appointment is booked in our system.
- The photographer will complete the photoshoot whether or not payment has been processed, but we do not deliver the final product until payment is received.
- In order to avoid any delays in delivery, we recommend paying this invoice on the day of the photoshoot at the latest.
- The completed photoshoot will be sent to you via email. Photoshoots done on weekdays are delivered next-day. Weekend photoshoots are delivered Monday.
Media Ownership & Copyright Policy
- With the exclusive license Vip-Pix.com provides, you can confidently share your photos and related media to market and sell your listed properties while they are for sale.
- Our exclusive license agreement provides the purchasing Client with the limited right to reproduce, publicly display, and distribute the digital media only for promotional or advertising purposes directly related to the sale of the Property.
- Clients may not assign or transfer this agreement or any rights granted under it, without the express permission of Vip-Pix.com.
- All digital media produced & delivered by Vip-Pix.com, including photos & tours, and rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the media is stored, remain the sole and exclusive property of Vip-Pix.com.
- Vip-Pix.com owns the rights to re-use and re-sell any digital media previously produced & delivered by Vip-Pix.com.
